campsite!
Camping Vollheim is located at Dovreskogen in Dovre Municipality, between Dombås and Otta. Although we are only a few hundred meters from the E6, we are close to nature. Our campsite is centrally located between Rondane National Park, Dovrefjell National Park and Jotunheimen National Park where the hiking opportunities are endless. The campsite is also an ideal starting point for various activities such as rafting, musk ox safaris and the High and Low climbing park.
You fall asleep to the sound of the Gudbrandsdalslågen river, which flows very close by. Perhaps you prefer to spend the summer fishing in one of Norway's richest trout rivers?
Do you like nature and tranquility or do you like being active? Then we welcome you with camper, caravan, tent, motorbike, bike or on foot at the campsite.
We also have 11 cottages, 3 larger family houses and 1 apartment with river views.
On March 15, 2022, we, Annet and Cyril, took over Vollheim Camping and Cabins. We are from the Netherlands and moved to Vollheim in January 2022. We will continue to operate Vollheim Camping Cabins with great pleasure for us and our guests in this beautiful place.
Our campingplace is closed from September the 18th. 2024 til April the 15th. 2025.

We are renting out 11 cottages. Most cabins have beds for two to four people.
The Raudhuset can accommodate up to nine people. Fortebu is a spacious holiday home for four people - with an unbeatable view. You can see more pictures of the cottages at “ hyttene våre”.
Our reception is also equipped with a kiosk that offers a small range of groceries. The nearest grocery store is in Dovre, about 11 km away.

Points of attention
Waste is collected separately in 4 different bins: glass and metal, paper and beverage packaging, plastic, residual waste.
Vollheim is a quiet campsite. After 10:30 PM, noise levels must be kept low at all times.
You can pay by card or cash.
Keep a distance of 4 meters from your neighbors.
Dogs are welcome but keep the dog on a leash
